Q1. How is consultation conducted?

A. The King's Academy is able to respond quickly outside of business hours if possible. Students from all around the world, including America, Europe, and Asia, take our courses, so consultations are conducted through Kakao Channel. Please feel free to reach out via Kakao Channel.

Q2. Is trial available?

A. We do not offer trials. However, if you register for a 4-week course and find that it doesn't suit your needs, you can receive full refund for the remaining sessions with no additional fee. Additionally, a Level Test is included at no extra cost before the first class. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Q3. Since it's an online class, how can I ensure sufficient communication with the teacher?

A. You can build a strong connection with teachers through the Google Classroom board. Our teachers provide friendly and pleasant responses to students!

Q4. Is payment available through Venmo or Chase Quick Pay?

A. Although we have many students from America, since we are a Korean company, Venmo and Chase QuickPay are not available. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.
